Manned by skilled and competent professionals, our tool-room is a unique amalgamation of ultra-modern and conventional machines.

It’s a place where our toolmakers with decades of experience deploy best available CAD/CAM software and machines to design, manufacture and maintain production tooling, prototyping tooling, jigs, fixtures and testing rigs so that we are able to meet every customer demand on time.

The state-of-the-art tool room facility, led by Tool Design and Manufacturing experts, has helped the group in strengthening its position as an end-to-end-solution provider to major automotive OEMs worldwide. It is a specialized division where analysis, planning, design, construction and application of tools, methods and procedures ensure increased manufacturing productivity.

Some of the major machines used in the tool room include Mechanical and Hydraulic Presses with Feeder for Trials, CNC Machines, VMC Machines (by German Manufacturers like Deckel Maho) Horizontal & Vertical Milling Machines, Milling -Turret Type, 5- Axis Laser Cut for 3D Profiles, Wire Cut Machines (including Mitsubishi), Lathe, Tool & Cutter Grinders, Surface Grinders, Over Head Cranes, Cylindrical Grinders, Pedestal Grinders, and Radial Drilling among others.
