Victora has an advanced setup for manufacturing an array of Aluminum cast components using pressure die casting & gravity die casting techniques.
The foundry is equipped with Skelner furnaces with capacity of melting 2000 kgs of aluminum alloys per hour for alloy making, electric holding furnaces with capacity of 500 kgs of aluminum with automated temperature control, electric holding cum melting furnaces with capacity of 250 kgs, gravity die casting machines, pressure die casting machines, LPDC machines, band saw cutting machines, to craft intricate products along with facilities for in-house heat treatment, tool room, and machining.
