Victora Group - Stamping Division Infrastructure

Focusing on quality, cost, and timely deliveries, we have established a meticulously planned manufacturing set-up.

With deep knowledge of metallurgy and the capability to work with multiple raw materials, we endeavor to design, manufacture and supply Sheet Metal Stampings with diverse size ranges, intricate profiles, contour and desired batch quantities.

Press Shop

The state-of-the-art press shop is equipped with single and double-acting Pneumatic, Power, and Hydraulic Presses ranging from 630 Tons to 1000 Tons for specialized metal forming operations.

The set-up is capable of performing highly specialized metal forming operations of varied sizes attaining the highest degree of quality. Apart from this, the pressing section also has progressive stamping that ensures geometrical accuracy and close tolerance of metal cutting thereby ensuring high precision metal components.

Fabrication

The division has high precision & high production laser cutting machines for excellent process reliability and faster cycle time.

We are equipped with a 3D laser cutting (by TRUMPF ) and 2D laser cutting and press brake equipment. Turret punch machines at the facility offer accuracy and speed in metal forming operations.

Welding

The division has an advanced robotic welding and manual welding Facility to ensure conformance with the technical designs of the products. logo

The division also deploys micro processors controlled spot welding, CO2 welding, laser welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, butt welding and projection welding stations

Laser Welding and Laser Cutting

Leveraging on its process expertise, Victora Auto has also started manufacturing Sub Module Tube (NOx Assemblies) in its Pune (Sanaswadi) plant.

Along with our in house stamping and wire forming capabilities, we have installed fully automated robotic laser welding production lines that ensure high accuracy. The lines are special purpose machines (SPM) designed for Victora Auto to fulfill the specific production requirements.

For precision cutting, we have state-of-the-art 3D by German manufacturer- Trumph and 2D laser cutting machines from reputed manufactures, which ensure greater production reliability and accuracy.
