Our advance setup is truly world-class and enables us to produce the most exacting specifications to perfection. For precision bending we have CNC 5-axis tube bending and 8-axis coil bending machines from reputed manufacturers including Rosen Berger (Germany) and Latour (France), Numalliance (France), Transfluid (Germany). Robotic welding automation in the division ensures productivity, precision and quality welds.
The high precision and high production fully automated pressure pipe manufacturing setup ensures world-class product quality. Additionally, the modern press shop takes care of the main and ancillary operations including end forming, flattening and punching with utmost precision. The advance welding robots from Japan further ensure speed and accuracy to the manufacturing process.
For pipe bending operations, the division has 3 axis and 5 axis pipe bending machines with faster cycle time and enhanced productivity and accuracy.
Together, this state-of-the-art setup lends us the capability to manufacture and deliver over five million pieces of hangers and hanger assembly products, a feat that only a few companies manage to accomplish.
