Locations: Sidcul, Haridwar
The division has a state-of-the-art facility located at Haridwar with an installed capacity of more than 2.4 million parts per annum. The advance set up at the forging division has screw and hammer forging presses for open and closed die forgings ranging up 2000 tons with induction heating facility and automated processes for billet loading and material transfer. The division has the capacity to produce parts weighing up to 25 kgs along with ring rolling up to diameter 400mm.
The advance setup is supported by an automated in-house facility for cutting, automated synchronized heat treatment (for annealing, normalizing, hardening and tempering), shot blasting and machining.
