Tool Room

We have an advanced tool room equipped with all the latest tools and machines to develop solutions to be transformed into effective and efficient dies and forming tools.

The setup has 5 axis laser cutting, VMC, CNC, Boring, and Wire Cut machines and other conventional tools to handle all sorts of Tandem, Progressive and Transfer dies, SPMs, jigs and fixtures.

Our capabilities in the tool room enable us to deliver the right product at the right time while determining the properties of the material to be processed, surface topology, and geometry. To take on the challenge of die manufacturing – the most intriguing part of the stamping process, we have procured a die manufacturing machine from Vision Wide.
