Wax Injection & Pattern Assembly

We have a well-equipped, centrally air-conditioned wax pattern shop that has both semi-automatic and fully automatic, highly efficient wax injection presses.

Shell-Making

The room is equipped with robots and all the equipment required for creating strong shells utilizing Colloidal Silica and Ethyl Silicate slurry systems.

Heat Treatment

All the heat treatment operations are performed with fully automatic temperature control and recording facilities supported by induction hardening, forced air circulation tempering furnaces, muffles, and gas carburizing.
