Being among the world leaders in exhaust hangers and hooks manufacturing, Victora effectively designs and develops a wide array of tubular and solid hangers and pressure pipes for Exhaust system applications as per the requirements of our global clientele.
The advance set up at the forging division has screw and hammer forging presses for open and closed die forgings ranging up to 2000 tons with induction heating facility and automated processes for billet loading, auto greasing and material transfer.
Our machining division boasts of world class CNC machining setup and system-oriented production processes to manufacture precision CNC machining parts using Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Stainless Steel with hard chrome and Aluminum with hard and soft anodizing.
Victora has an advanced setup for manufacturing an array of Aluminum cast components using pressure die casting & gravity die casting techniques. The foundry is equipped with Skelner furnaces with capacity of melting 2000 kgs of aluminum alloys per hour for alloy making.
