CSR Committee

This committee is responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of all CSR activities. The committee will convene twice a year to evaluate the progress of ongoing projects, assess their impact, and recommend any necessary adjustments.

Creating Skill Development Centers for Women Empowerment: (SDG’s Impacted – No.5 - Gender Equality, No.8 - Decent Work and Economic Growth, No. 10 - Reduced Inequality, No. 17 - Partnerships for the Goals) We are dedicated to establishing skill centers that offer vocational training and development programs specifically designed for women from economically marginalized backgrounds. These initiatives not only aim to enhance their skills but also focus on creating sustainable employment opportunities, enabling them to achieve financial independence and improve their quality of life. Additionally, we are committed to providing hiring opportunities within VAPL for trained individuals, further supporting their career growth and integration into the workforce. Through these efforts, we strive to uplift communities and promote gender equality.
Rehabilitation Program for Children with Special Needs and Divyangjan Individuals: (SDG’s Impacted - No.8 - Decent Work and Economic Growth, No. 4 - Quality Education, No. 3 - Good Health and WellBeing) We are committed to supporting children with special needs and individuals with disabilities through a comprehensive rehabilitation program. This initiative includes physical therapy, counseling, and educational support for special children, while also providing accessible infrastructure, assistive devices, and vocational training for Divyangjan persons. Our aim is to empower these individuals, fostering their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Community Clinics (SDG’s Impacted – No.3 - Good Health and Well-Being, No.1 - No Poverty, Reduced Inequality, No.17 - Partnerships for the Goals) Victora Community Clinic is a platform offering primary healthcare services to Marginalized and underserved communities. This initiative ensures a consistent provision of primary & preventive healthcare to both rural and urban underserved populations, thereby enhancing accessibility of General healthcare services.
Healthcare On wheels (Mobile medical Unit): (SDG’s Impacted - No.3 - Good Health and Well-Being, No.5 - Gender Equality, Reduced Inequality, No.17 - Partnerships for the Goals) Victora Foundation has introduced the "HealthCare on Wheels" initiative, aimed at individuals, especially women and girl children, who struggle to prioritize their health due to a lack of services and transportation challenges. Our HealthCare on Wheels (a Mobile Medical Unit) provides professional healthcare services, including a team of female doctors and trained paramedical staff, directly to their doorsteps. The services include free physical examinations, lab tests, medicines, eye care check-ups, and free spectacles. This initiative ensures that essential healthcare is accessible and convenient for those in need.
Support to Players (SDG’s Impacted – No.1 - No Poverty, No.3 - Good Health and Well-Being, Quality Education, No.5 - Gender Equality, No.10 - Reduced Inequalities, No.17 - Partnerships for the Goals) Demonstrating our social commitment by providing financial assistance and support to kickboxing athletes from underprivileged backgrounds, helping nurture their talent through access to quality training, essential equipment, and opportunities to participate in competitions. This initiative aims to empower those with limited resources and foster their potential in sports.
Environmental Conservation (SDG’s Impacted – No.13 - Climate Action, No.15 - Life on Land, No.11 - Sustainable Cities and Communities, No.3 - Good Health and Well-Being, No.12 - Responsible Consumption and Production, No.17 - Partnerships for the Goals) Demonstrating our commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility by participating in largescale tree planting initiatives aimed at restoring green cover and combating climate change. By adopting innovative approaches such as 'Pedon Ka Langar' and the Miyawaki method, we not only enhance biodiversity but also contribute to the well-being of communities, creating greener, healthier environments for future generations.
Food & Hungers (SDG’s Impacted – No.1 - No Poverty, No.2 - Zero Hunger, No.3 - Good Health and Well-Being, No.10 - Reduced Inequalities, No.17 - Partnerships for the Goals) Tackling hunger, poverty, and malnutrition by distributing Diet Kits to economically underprivileged individuals and families, demonstrating our commitment to uplifting vulnerable communities and fostering social equity.

Implementation Strategy

VAPL will implement its CSR initiatives through direct engagement, partnerships with NGOs, Charitable trusts and collaborations with government agencies. Each project will be carefully planned with clear objectives, timelines, and resources allocated to ensure successful execution. Transparency and adherence to our core values will be maintained throughout the implementation process.

Monitoring and Reporting

The CSR Committee will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of all CSR activities. Detailed records will be kept for each project, and regular progress reports will be submitted to the Board of Directors. An annual CSR report will be published, providing stakeholders with a comprehensive overview of our CSR efforts.

Governance and Oversight

The Board of Directors at VAPL will have oversight of the CSR policy and activities. The CSR Committee will report to the Board, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with VAPL’s strategic goals and comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
